At least 48 hours notice to cancel without a fee. If you no call, no show, you are subject to 100% of the service total.
No-shows/same day cancel for color consultations will be charged a $25 fee.
I have a 15-minute grace period for haircuts & color appointments, Color consultations, short unisex cut & bang trims have a 10-minute grace period.
